APPROVAL OF ORDINANCE TO AUTHORIZE THE EXPENDITURE OF CITY FUNDS EXCEEDING ONE MILLION DOLLARS ($1,000,000.00) TO FUND THE WATER TREATMENT PLANT UPGRADES CONSISTING OF THE REHABILITATION OF THE  LIME SOFTENING PLANT AND ADDITION OF THE LIME SLUDGE HANDLING UNIT.

 

 

Description of Action

IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT THE CITY COMMISSION APPROVE THE ATTACHED ORDINANCE, UNDER THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND AUTHORIZE THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAME.
